WHA's Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list
will be closing on March 26, 2025.‍

The Waukesha Housing Authority will be closing the waiting list for SECTION 8 Housing Choice Vouchers on March 26, 2025. All persons interested in being placed on the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list must apply online no later than March 25, 2025. Should you need assistance completing the application please call 262-436-0932. All applications must be completed online.

The waiting lists for Saratoga Heights and Public Housing Scattered Sites will remain open at this time.

NO APPLICATIONS TO THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHERS WAITING LIST WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 26, 2025.

• Waukesha Housing Authority will never charge to get your name on a waiting list and there is no way that paying a fee will increase chances of getting a voucher.
• Waukesha Housing Authority does not send text messages or emails promoting their programs or requesting payment
• Waukesha Housing Authority does not accept money to move anyone ahead of others on the waitlist.
